We are pleased to announce that Royal Cake Designer David MacCarfrae is returning to Portugal in May 2014!

In this course, David will share his expertise in free-hand cake decorating - you will learn how to coating your cake with royal icing, and then various piping techniques, including traditional and elaborate over-piping with royal icing. You will also learn how to create beautiful free-hand fondant flowers.

ALL MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, COFFEE BREAKS AND LUNCHES INCLUDED. Upon completion, students will be presented with a certificate from David Cakes.

The course will be taught in English and Portuguese, and we welcome students from near and far. If you are coming from far away and need assistance with accommodation please feel free to contact us.

Enrolled students will also have access to 15% discount to our shop during the course in case they would like to purchase any materials (with the exception of KitchenAid, Courses and American Ingredients).
