During this two-day course, Julie will teach how to make this beautiful Venetian Carnaval cake, featured in Faça Fácil Cake Design Magazine (2013/02).
From the basics to the intricate details, during this course you will learn multiple techniques using gum paste, fondant and royal icing, as well as handpainting your cake.
There will also be an airbrush demonstration and certain pieces of your cake will be airbrushed.
